Closing is near once contingencies are cleared. Confirm items with your agent so the final steps are smooth and stress-free.

Final Walk-Through Inspection

The buyer will conduct a final walk-through to confirm the property’s condition matches the Purchase Agreement and that no seller items remain.

Cancel Home Services and Utilities

After closing, we’ll provide a checklist of contacts to cancel or transfer services and utilities.

Be Prepared

Closing

At closing you, the buyer, and the closing agent sign the settlement documents and funds are disbursed. If you cannot attend, arrangements can be made in advance. Provide keys and any relevant property information to the buyer. Once signed, the property is sold.
