Accepting an Offer

We Put Our Clients First When Evaluating Each Offer.

The Price Is Not Always Right

The highest offer isn’t always the best. Terms, contingencies, financing strength, and timelines all affect which offer is most advantageous. We’ll evaluate proposals and negotiate to secure the best overall outcome.

Negotiating To Win

We handle negotiations ethically and strategically, putting your interests first while keeping the buyer engaged.

The Initial Agreement and Deposit

After agreement, both parties sign the Purchase Agreement and the buyer deposits funds into escrow. The escrow agent (title company or attorney) holds and disburses funds according to the contract. Keep written records of counter-offers and addenda—signed by both parties—and meet all timeline requirements to avoid breaches. We will draft documents and keep you informed throughout.
