At 101st Property Management, we provide professional property management services for residential and commercial rental properties. We specialize in residential property management, leasing, tenant relations, property maintenance, and portfolio management across single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, and small multifamily buildings. Our approach combines licensed real estate expertise with hands-on service to protect and maximize owners’ investments and deliver positive tenant experiences.

Our company was founded at the end of 2020 by Shannon, a licensed real estate professional with more than 20 years of industry experience. Shannon established the firm to deliver relationship-driven property management rooted in integrity and professionalism. Since launching, we have grown into a dedicated four-person team managing a diverse portfolio that includes one-bedroom apartments through five-bedroom single-family homes, as well as duplexes, townhomes, and eight-plexes. Our managed rental rates range from approximately $700 to over $3,000 per month.

Our mission is to provide dependable property management that preserves property value, minimizes vacancy, and supports healthy returns for owners.

We are proud of the steady growth we have achieved and are expanding our team to support continued development. In addition to our residential portfolio, we have begun serving commercial property owners and currently manage two multi-tenant commercial properties, with plans to grow our commercial management services. As our commercial division expands, we will increase staffing to ensure the same attentive, local service our clients expect.
